Exceeded my expectations! Sturdy little scale and I love that it conveniently comes with its own balancing/calibration weight so you always know you're accurate! Bonus: Comes with an already fully charged battery and cable for when it finally needs a charge! Yay.

Today I just realized you need to charge for this. I had my maybe six months? I completely forgot that it's rechargeable, which was one of the main reasons I chose this scale. It's very accurate and convenient. I'm a very clumsy guy and don't treat my belongings with much respect and this thing has taken my abuse. By the way, it still hasn't died. I just saw the charging port and remembered it existed.

It has an exstreamly erratic variable. There is no way to get an accurate reading. No idea if I got a screwed up one or what. I've used it as an estimated weight to weigh out yeast for mead brewing, but the lack of Preston is getting on my nerves and making my brews inconsistent. If you want to use this to weigh yeast in bulk, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is junk. Sent messages to seller some time ago, never heard bad customer service again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of the device, it's a nice weight. Both the top and bottom parts (the cover lifts off and is a separate piece) have some sort of metal that gives the scale a nice feel. I wasn't thrilled that the test weight (100g) actually weighed between 100.13 and 100.16 depending on where it was on the scale, but all the nickels I tested, which were supposed to be 5g each, weighed somewhere between 4.96 and 5.06, so I believe the weight itself is gone. Don't listen to those people who say the scale is off because the stated weight is supposed to be 100 grams or each nickel weighs exactly 5 grams so 20 must be 100 grams and if not then the scale is gone. My stated weight wasn't exactly 100 grams and I took 20 nickels and weighed them together and it wasn't 100 grams so I weighed them all individually and out of the 20 4 weighed exactly 5 grams and the others were over or under. As cheap as this scale was, you literally can't be. I'm not one to leave customer reviews lol, I don't usually even read them because I think trusting a stranger's advice is pretty crazy. Despite this, the accuracy of this scale was actually very good, but mine needs calibration quite often. Hands down the best scale I've ever bought and I've had at least 20 of these over the years. Bright red screen, large easy-to-use buttons, and a steel-coated body that looks super cool and really premium. Most importantly, it weighs the same object over and over again with the same weight without jumping back and forth to different weights before choosing one.
