Exactly what I wanted

This product works as advertised. I used to buy copper pans, but they need to be "seasoned" like a cast iron pan. Granite stoneware not. When I received them I just washed them and started using them. The only inconsistency in what they advertise but then don't advise is the use of sharp objects in the utensils - but in the TV ad they show someone cutting a piece of steak with a knife in a pan - I wouldn't do that anyway . So far so good Best in pan sets

Just bought these to replace our ceramic coated Simply Calphalon pans which we love. So far they look as advertised. As a first test, I made an omelet with lots of cheese and the pan came off brilliantly. The omelette slid right out of the pan, was fluffy and evenly cooked. There wasn't a drop left in the pan. We also made pancakes with the same result. Good thing we didn't have to use oils or oil to prevent sticking. We were so impressed we ordered a 12" pan 48 hours later. I can't say…

I don't even know how to describe this cookware set - definitely not non-stick

I don't know what's wrong with this set in our house but it's definitely not non-stick. I absolutely follow the description of how to use the kit, but everything sticks. Eggs cannot be fried at all. After I'm done everything turns brown and looks awful. If something gets stuck in the pan it's impossible to remove, I soak it in water and then it eventually comes off but leaves a brown stain on the surface that WILL NOT come off. I've used copper before, it was bad too, but these are better than…

Really scratch resistant!

The material is a mixture of granite rock and cast iron. It's not as heavy as cast iron, but just as hot! I especially love pots because they cook food MUCH faster than my regular pots. The largest pot has a steamer. It fits perfectly on the pot and is easy to store. The pans are not as non-stick as advertised BUT VERY EASY to scrape off.
