Easy Scoop Grapefruit Spoons: Set of 4 for Effortless Citrus Enjoyment Review

The spoons sent are not those shown on Revain. They are lighter; not as heavy as in the photo. I know the pictured one because I have one. I have a postal scale, I weighed them, then I weighed the ones that were sent. They are not that heavy. Worse than sent in the photo.

spoons are ok. Good weight and size. Unfortunately, there was a price tag on the back of each spoon. This is not a small sticker. Covers the entire back of the spoon bowl. A real mess. I've soaked and cleaned for 24 hours with no success. Another reviewer mentioned these tags. I should have been more careful.

These spoons are not as pretty as Norpro's others (if you buy real ones). I've been using the Norpro set for 10 years now and it has a great design, correct edges and a good weight. These off-brand products I'm reviewing here are thinner, but they work. The shape is slightly pointed. Please note that the packaging is stupid. The spoons are good enough. I soaked in hot, soapy water, scrubbed, and tried different detergents to get rid of all the paper and glue. I've removed most of it, but traces remain. I don't want to spend $10 on a goddamn cleaning project. The seller must consider the end consumer when making product decisions. The product is ok, but overall I am very dissatisfied.

I give these spoons four stars because of the sticker that is placed on the back of the spoon. It was very difficult to remove. It seems that this sticker would have been better placed on the plastic packaging they were sent in, for example. The spoons themselves weren't exactly the same as the picture but that doesn't affect the quality, I ordered them as they were very similar to my other cutlery. In general, they are functional and remove grapefruit well.

I was looking for a set of grapefruit spoons and they fit perfectly. They're just the right size, fit perfectly into even the smallest slice, and since they're serrated on both sides, they peel the fruit effortlessly. You can't go wrong with the price. They require a bit of extra scraping to the bottom of the fruit, but maybe not something that another type of spoon can fix. The spoons are strong, not thin.
