These are perfect for replacing my original baseball caps. They are inconspicuous, but if you look closely you can definitely see them. They are metal and well tightened.

They look very nice in the picture. When they showed up, I realized it was basically a valve stem cap sticker worth about a dollar. It will most likely fall off immediately.

I've decided to decorate the Batmobile with new valve stem caps. They are a bit shorter than the standard trucks but look a lot better. I highly recommend these take out caps.

I liked these when they arrived and attached them to my car but a few months later I was having to pump up tires and couldn't get them off my valve stems. They're metal and welded directly to the valve stems, so I had to have all the valve stems replaced with a tire changer, which isn't cheap. Do yourself a favor and don't use them, or if you have to take them off and on once a week to break the bond before it becomes permanent.

Given to a friend last Christmas. They were perfect and fitted the valve stems like a glove. A few months later my friend had to inflate his tires and couldn't get them off. Aluminum oxidized on the rod. With wd40 and wrenches I was able to remove most but couldn't move the last one. The lids were severely scratched. This is a major disadvantage of this product. When you buy them, be sure to add some rust inhibitor to the threads.

These caps stick to my valve stems by themselves. The low tire light came on so I went to add some air but couldn't get the low tire loose. Then I tried others. Vain. I wish I had read the bad reviews about them before I bought them. They look amazing and I love them but if I had known that I could have saved myself a busy day. I'm lucky that I have a father-in-law who works as a mechanic and solved the problem for me. Not that I would keep the caps afterwards, but they didn't come out in one…
