🔸 Yellow Polyethylene Grease Fitting Caps - Pack of 50 Review

I live in a sandy area so I bought these to protect my mirrors from dirt and sand. Nice well made yellow clips to keep the elements off my mirrors in my FJ Cruisers UCA and LCA.

Caps fit easily and tightly onto the grease fitting. If it's on a stationary item, they'll probably be fine. But I have used them on my tractor and excavator where I have had 100% failure. The small attachment points on the ring to the cap broke, all the caps fell off, even in the recesses. I guess they couldn't handle the harsh environment.

I bought these to replace some old worn out Zerk nipples on my Jeep Wrangler suspension parts. As far as I know this is a regular standard size cover. Yellow is actually not that bad. I've had red hats before and they might be a little less noticeable, which I like. The most important thing is that I have high quality Auvelco grease caps. Auvelco makes high quality products so you really can't go wrong. Normally Auvelco parts are only available in specialist shops.

Tired of cleaning the fittings and hoping that no dirt gets into the fittings? fits exactly how it should be. Box so I can upgrade all the cars in the yard. Clamps and fasteners delivered very very quickly and exactly as described. They didn't fall off, even on the driveshaft (it spins huh?) and pull out easily for re-lubrication, great product, great price, will be ordering more.

I've installed these on all the grease fittings on my lawn equipment and they work great. The strap keeps the cap in place when I remove it to lubricate the fittings. These caps are made from polyethylene which is inherently more UV resistant than vinyl caps so they have to withstand over a year of exposure to the sun. My gear is stored in a shed so I expect it will last a long time.
