I read conflicting reviews on this product and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did this because it costs money. The quality is amazing for the price and to top it off it came in a 2 pack so I'm super happy! I will definitely continue to buy the same brand and brand!

I make ghee, but plastic spice containers continue to melt when heated. I can take this dispenser out of the fridge and pop it straight into the microwave without the lid and it heats up in 30 seconds. I usually leave the jug on the counter for a while at first and recommend you do the same. This is a well constructed heavy jar and I will be ordering more for my syrups and homemade BBQ sauces.

This solid, heavy item is just what I was looking for. We use ours for honey because we are tired of the original container pouring honey everywhere. I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet, but if I do I'll add it. Addendum: The rubber seal in the lid does not fit well and honey flows constantly. This is so frustrating because that was exactly the problem I was trying to avoid by purchasing this item. I've never put it in the dishwasher, so I don't know if it's dishwasher safe or not.

Bought for grandchildren. Her father has several beehives and collects honey in large containers. These little jars make the perfect children's table decor dispensers to avoid contaminating just the right amount of honey. If the honey gets too thick to pour, the handle can be easily removed for quick reheating in the microwave. Ideal honey dispenser. Highly recommended. I've been looking for and trying new syrup containers to stop the gooey mess and reading the reviews to give it a try. Unfortunately, it's still messy. The syrup will spill, so clean it often. It's cute and helpful, but I'm probably better off sticking with the container that sells the store-bought syrup. It's easy to use. Excellent container, I like that there are no plastic parts in it. Nothing leaked even without an O-ring. Looks great! Great that the slider is easy to remove to access areas that would otherwise be difficult to clean. Now for the 2 star part instead of 5. We didn't have one this year and can we maybe use it 3 times a month? After each use, the lid is removed and washed by hand, not in the dishwasher!
