I like that it is easy to use, simple to install and configure, and has all of my clients' emails in one place. It also allows me to control what each client can do with their account (e.g., delete or archive). I like that we can use this software to protect our business from phishing emails. It's very easy for us to set up using their user friendly interface. We have not encountered any problems so far with greathorn. The only thing I dislike about it is sometimes when you are trying to send an attachment in your message, you get the error "The operation could not be completed".
