I like that it is easy to use, simple to install and configure, and has all of my clients' emails in one place. It also allows me to control what each client can do with their account (e.g., delete or archive). The only thing I dislike about this product so far is how long it takes for some things to be processed through our system -- sometimes we have to wait up to an hour before they are updated! This isn't necessarily bad as you may want time to make sure your decisions are correct but if you don't need that extra time then there's no reason not to go ahead and press "send" right away. We've been able to see which messages were sent from various employees at different times and who was responsible for those particular messages.
