Wobbly base for construction kit

My 33 month old loves to fold these flowers but the base won't hold up. We have a gear toy with a base so difficult to assemble that it requires a Samsonite gorilla. This toy has the opposite problem. The base is so loose that it wobbles even when the base is placed in a circle for stability. This is a disappointment. love it! I bought these for my nieces aged 6, 4 and 1.5 (we will all be keeping an eye on the little one to make sure nothing gets in her mouth) but I only spent 15 minutes to "check" them before they get wrapped up for Christmas. But the two yellow flowers are the same size (one must be smaller), so we probably never got two of them. The missing pieces are definitely the stems, so I don't think it matters that much that there are only 14 instead of 16. Eventually my daughter put it to the test by chewing on it and the only signs of

Three year old loves it!

Love it! I homeschool my girls ages 8 and 3. School usually looks like a three year old throwing a tantrum while I'm trying to teach an eight year old. I had my eye on it and bought it as soon as there was a hint of a self isolation order. I kept it in my closet and finally got it out this morning. It was wonderful. We were at school more than ever with my eight-year-old child. My 3 year old plays with it. Then go to the table and do some of your "school" work. Then come back and play with the…
