I have a dachshund who is well trained in obedience and tricks but I couldn't stop her barking. When I first used it, I had to press the button 3 times while in the red zone. She turned her head and stopped! Since then it has been very effective. Sometimes I just have to show her the remote control and she stops. I can't hear anything and she doesn't seem to be in pain. I highly recommend this for bad behavior training.

This product has lived up to expectations. I have 5 dogs so barking can be very loud. On first use, the dogs stopped barking. Now I train them when they can and can't bark. My brother was having a hard time due to the ongoing pandemic etc. so he had to stay with us for a short time recently. Well my dog Brooklyn is very protective of me and she has never had anything to do with my brother, every time she sees or hears and smells him she pretends to tear him to pieces.
