I just bought this product so can't speak about its long term use yet so 4 stars not 5. After receiving it I installed it in my printer and it worked without problems. If I remember later and I don't use my printer much, it will be like that for a while. I will update the review with my experience of long term use. My only small issue might have been that I couldn't ship my old cartridge.

Have bought this ink many times and have been VERY satisfied every time. I had some things that really needed to be printed. The color cartridge just didn't fit. I will be happy to leave a good rating if you can replace this color cartridge. This company was VERY professional with returns and replacements. Now I can give 5 stars! Thank you Greenbox!

Couldn't rate before because my other cartridge was still good. I just replaced it and so far so good - the ink is dark and clear with no smudges (on paper and in the machine). He wasn't recognized immediately, but showed a full tank at the third edition. If it holds up and stays clear it will be on my permanent shopping list!

I had a problem with a previous remanufactured ink cartridge from another company that ruined my printer. I was in desperate need of ink and found great reviews of Greenbox online. I put a new cartridge in and the print was clean and I had no problems. The price is great and I will definitely order ink from Greenbox. Thanks for a great product at a price I can afford.
