Like a hot knife through butter

I've only been using this set for a day and will be back in a few months to update this review. Given the heavy usage of this entire kit for a full day of cutting thick sheet metal, it's excellent. This is stated in the title of this review. It really is like cutting butter with a hot knife when using it on sheet metal.

Must have for electricians

Great bits for punching holes in cans, gutters etc. I used these on a fence frame project and they always cut clean holes fairly quickly. They are worn but I have used them repeatedly on thicker steel over the course of a year. I recommend oil/foam cutting for longer bit life and, as always, low speed with moderate pressure. Great trading tool.

Pros
  • tools and household goods
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The Greenlee kit looked like a good solution. It's expensive, but these are handy diameters for electrical wiring (1/2", 3/4" and 1"). The beats look very high quality. There is a plastic sleeve that protects the bits and includes a recommended speed chart. The table recommends 375 rpm for stainless steel. I had to cut at…
