Hand washing will help the finish last.

I ordered a set of green frying pans from a popular discount store. One was damaged. The new Revain I hand washed looks as good as the day I received it. It can be washed in the dishwasher but will last longer if hand washed.

Pros
  • Long lasting finish
Cons
  • No effect

Kitchen and dining room disappointment

There is nothing "non-stick" about this pan. Literally everything I've cooked in this pan burns, I followed the directions exactly and no matter what oil I use, EVERYTHING burns. I've been looking for an inexpensive alternative to my cast iron and this isn't it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Update available

This set is particularly practical due to its size. They are easy to clean, they are not too heavy, they can be washed both in the oven and in the dishwasher. I love that you can just put food on the plate without making a mess. I usually wash them by hand, paying attention to a gradual change in temperature (do not pour cold water immediately after boiling). Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Bad instructions

Great pans just follow the instructions

I've cooked eggs, taco fillings and burgers in these pans so far with great success. If you follow the directions, the pan should last a while. Use low to medium heat; use butter or vegetable oil (NOT OLIVE OIL) to grease the pan; wash by hand and be careful when storing; do not knock the dishes on the edge of the pan. Note that I use coconut oil, but the GreenPan website also offers peanut butter.

Pros
  • As everyone still does
Cons
  • Style 90

It started great - pots and pans

I have been using the Tramontina non-stick coating for a few years now. We cook a lot, so non-stick pans are very popular in our house. We can usually get out of Tramontina for a year and by then the surface will be covered in burnt oil and it's time to throw it away. Decided to try these as the green eco side of this pan was very attractive. Everything started great, but after a week of relationship everything stalled. I know the directions say I can use a melamine sponge to try and get rid of

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Only available in white

After 6-7 other nonstick pans that was it. we think

We bought this pan in Feb 2020 and it seems to be working fine. but only time will tell. We've tried several non-stick pans over the years. Here's a snapshot of our attempts to put an end to all non-stick/non-toxic pans: All-Clad E785S264/E785S263 HA1 Dishwasher Safe Hard Anodized Nonstick PFOA-Free 8 & 10 Inch Pan Cookware Set 2- piece, BlackFeb 2020 : The teflon material started to crack showing lines on the bottom of the pan and what appeared to be the base metal of the pan itself - very…

The BEST non-stick pans this home cook has ever had

I've been a 'home husband' for 30 years. No, I'm not a pro, but many people, including longtime close friends, have called me a "food snob." So when I say something is the "best" I've ever tasted, I do so after careful consideration. Over the years I've had probably over a dozen different pans of different sizes. All of these pans were from a different brand. None of them have ever satisfied me, so I've always replaced previous pans with another brand. The best ones lasted a few years and…
