Review on 🍳 GreenPan Chatham Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan Set - 8" & 10" Skillets, Gray by Gary Revils

I have been using the Tramontina non-stick coating for a few years now. We cook a lot, so non-stick pans are very popular in our house. We can usually get out of Tramontina for a year and by then the surface will be covered in burnt oil and it's time to throw it away. Decided to try these as the green eco side of this pan was very attractive. Everything started great, but after a week of relationship everything stalled. I know the directions say I can use a melamine sponge to try and get rid of any burnt-in, but I don't think that's necessary. I can't boil eggs without them sticking in the morning. We try not to overcook and don't do anything we haven't done with other pans. I'll try to order melamine sponges but I'll look at other pans. I haven't contacted support yet, so I can't comment on that.
