Great product terrible packaging

The finish nails were exactly what I was looking for and they worked well in my Porter Cable finish nailer. The plastic box with nails was packed in a plastic envelope with no packaging material. Basically they got smashed up in the shipping process and arrived as pictured - nothing in the original packaging and lots of nail strips broken into smaller strips.

Pros
  • Type 304 stainless steel
Cons
  • I will add later

1 star because I received someone's return

I'm sure the product works and it does me needed it for work so didn't have time to return it .I got what was clearly someone's return. The box was broken on the lid, there was no plastic wrapping (so it wasn't new), nails all over the inside of the box.I left and counted and there weren't enough nails 150. Whoever had that before me took 150 nails and then returned 1 star for poor quality control in Revain for that particular order.

Pros
  • Product packaging size: 4.0"L x 4.0"W x 3.0"H
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Poor packaging for damaged goods

I have used Grip Right fasteners in interchanges with other brands for decades. They have always been at a good price. It should be noted that their regular finishing nails were pre-bent in boxes for several years. to kid. The box arrived crushed, the contents spilled out and many nails were broken without picking it up. I could have gone for a cheaper brand but I really wanted this new box to be refilled. The tool bag knows why. The likelihood of the weapon jamming increases dramatically when…

Pros
  • New box with belt clip for easy storage at work
Cons
  • Unsafe
