GROHE AMERICA 12365000 Quick Coupling, 🔴 Red: Efficient Solution for Easy Plumbing Connections Review

Our original RED connector had a crack in the plastic connector which caused a leak. The local hardware store had yellow. The flow didn't seem right and it was $70. Ordered, everything perfect. returned yellow. Works perfectly. Although this clutch is smaller compared to a 10 year old Grohe piece, it works great and fits perfectly. The flow rate is ok. However, I had to remove the additional flow restrictor from the faucet head.

I have a Ladylux Grohe kitchen faucet that is 15 years old. Gradually the flow of water (hot and cold) reduced to a trickle. I was about to replace the cartridge but found a YouTube video explaining what a connecting valve is and how to replace it. It takes less than a minute to change and now I have great water pressure. And as another review says, you do NOT have to turn off the water to change the coupler - just make sure the faucet is OFF.

We couldn't use our kitchen sink for 3 days :( It was a bit tricky as 2 toddlers tried to put baby spoons and bowls to good use. Otherwise we ate off paper plates and ate simple snacks. So I'm glad this part arrived quickly!Although I have to say that this particular replacement part looks smaller than our current one.Apparently GROHE makes them a bit smaller.but it's noticeably smaller.So I hope it works!If not , I'll have to edit this review later.**Update** Works totally amazing!So happy!
