Eyelets are high on one side and flat on the other. That's how they work. This whole bag has high eyelets.

These didn't fit me. But I'll try twice, just in case I didn't know what I was doing. The one-piece bushing just didn't flex properly and didn't work for me. I used a simple shim kit to try and install them.

There are many other eyelets/eyelets on Amazon that are much better than this one. If you want cleats/bushings I suggest you get the two piece ones. They are difficult to work with, horrible quality, larger than the normal 1/4 inch and won't stay in the fabric after you finally insert them. A complete waste of money.

This is just one side of the case! This is not the case when you put the insert and face together and seal with a hammer, gasket and caulking tool. You need pliers. I have a few but they don't look as polished and clean as double ended grommets. This may be fine for paper applications, but not for fabric. It's made in Taiwan and is a little under 1/4 inch too.
