Good Solution, Just Some Features Needed

The ability for members of our organization (which is not large) to access their information from anywhere using mobile devices has been great so far. I would like it if they could add more functionality such as an app that allows us to store data locally instead of having them sync up every day or week via email/web browser etc.. Great product overall but we are still trying out some features which have helped streamline things greatly when compared against other products available at this…

Pros
  • Ability To Access All Data From Any Device
  • Customization Of User Interface
  • Ease In Management And Setup Processes For Both Users & AdminsA few downsides : Some Features Like Saving As Pdf That Can Be Uploaded Via Web Browser Still Needs Work
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Best collaboration tool ever!!: GroupApp

The best part is that I can see all my colleagues' files at once which gives me an idea about their progress, what they are working upon and how much time left for them before their deadline expires. It's not so easy if we want to share our work documents or other important things like presentations etc. We need to go through each file separately and then upload it. And this takes too long sometimes when there are many people involved. So far everything has been fine but as more people join we

Pros
  • Easy User InterfaceEasy access via any platformFast performanceIt works well in case you have less number employeesIf no one else joins its good enough
Cons
  • Can take sometime initially until new user gets used into system.
  • A bit expensive
