Love this product! I've already done about a third of my cooking with 1 pen. I had no problems with the pen tip. The process is fine. I shake it regularly and so far so good. It's tedious work, but I expected it. We swapped out the grouts once and I just didn't want to make that mess again! Addition: I have now made the whole kitchen with 3 handles. There is still some product left. The kitchen looks great! Have to wait and see how long it lasts. I couldn't be happier.

After receiving this product I looked up the definition of cream and found that it means pale yellow. And that's that color. I was hoping for a more brown off-white version. Therefore 3 stars for the need for improvement of the labeling. I LOVE the white pen. It really covered the mold around the tub! Wonderful! I just applied it a week ago, let's see if it holds up. That looks great! But my tile is tan so I figured I'd go with it better. Sigh.

This is amazing! After 10+ years of uncleaned grout and a failed renovation, the bathroom floor in this home looked terrible.
