I didn't like it at all. I am an avid flosser and floss at least once a day. I didn't like it at all. Too many fibers? I don't know how to explain it, but the thread flattens out or expands and looks like a small web. Well I think that makes the thread a bit weak. It tears easily, and the thread snags or snaps in non-ideal places in the mouth. I wore braces, my teeth are fairly straight, but some teeth are narrower than others, and after years of bruxism, some teeth are slightly misaligned.

Ever since my dentist recommended these stretch threads, they have become my favorite variety. I've tried a few and it's not bad. The floss stretches between the teeth and I find it cleans better than the ribbon type floss. This expandable thread is pretty good compared to others I've tried. Tastes good and flosses well. As such no complaints but I have certainly used better and more durable yarn from other brands. Only have this for a travel companion as it comes as a set of 4 boxes of dental floss, each with a 50 yard spool. For home use, it's better to buy a big bag of filament in bulk at reasonable prices. However, they are abuse-free, Teflon-free, vegan, and have a natural finish.

Grow Expandable Floss comes sealed and well packaged in a plastic container. Dental floss is easy to use and does the job well. Once you start doing this, the fibers will expand slightly to allow for a deeper cleaning. Don't get caught between your teeth. It slides easily on and around the tooth. I was looking forward to using this thread. The claim that they started out thin to fit more easily between teeth and then widened for more efficient cleaning was intriguing to say the least. Ah, "but the best plans of mice and humans often go astray." Fits perfectly into areas that regular yarn struggles with. As some of my teeth and fillings/crowns are close together I prefer thin smooth floss even tape. This product is good and effective - the "waxing" or swelling of dental floss when it comes into contact with moisture creates an additional surface area for brushing. However, for me, the height also makes it harder to remove floss from between teeth and more likely to fray and leave floss in teeth. I would give the product a 4.5 if I could because it's a 4 for me but a 5 for my spouse who loves it

4 packs in one order. However, I'm not a big fan of this type of fiber elastic threads. The problem with this thread is that it breaks apart and the fibers come loose as you use the thread. Although it is soft and flimsy when you pull it through, I would NOT recommend using it as it will get caught between sharp edges and the fibers are no longer in the same floss to keep the floss going. This is good value as you received four packs of 50 yards. If you buy a popular brand for this price, you will most likely only get ONE. I wasn't sure how well it would work but after trying it they are great! It expands after you use it and it shows. It has a mint finish. There is no branding on the container of floss and I don't mind if it's necessary to keep the floss price down. I found the plastic container difficult to open so I just used a cutter to open it.
