This is the first protein I've taken that hasn't made me sick. Before that I used protein isolate and even made me terribly nauseous from almond milk or water. After reading reviews about it, I decided to give it a try. The taste isn't bad, but the aftertaste is kinda weird. I just add some cocoa or sugar free hot chocolate and it helps a lot. I'll try vanilla next time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has stomach problems due to other powders they have tried.
