This printer primarily appeals to me because it has all the necessary USB connections, network, serial interfaces at this price. What surprised me is that once set up it works great with my POS system, is cheaper and prints faster. So far, so good

I ordered this printer with very low expectations considering the price and the generic brand I've never heard of. Surprisingly, it still works fine. Build quality is solid and appears to support the full set of ESC/POS commands. Time will tell about durability, but first impressions are good.

We bought this printer for our restaurant business. They connected and worked fine. However, if it's idle for a while, it will print many feet of "=In=In=In". Technical support is not available on the web or at Revain. If you're an end user, spend the extra money and get Epson's industry standard for the same application. Shame on Revain for suggesting this printer when I was specifically looking for Epson.
