I have a carry on bag that I've always had and the wheels were unreliable for a while but they ended up falling apart on my last ride. The fairing is loosened and there is a screw as an axis. I took the old ones off, measured and got these back. They went in easily and seemed to glide through the air compared to the hard plastics I had before.

These wheels have saved me a lot of money. I have a used Brookstone Rolling Officer/Overnighter. I love this case and was heartbroken when the softer rubber portion of the wheel started to crack and fall off. The rest of the hard plastic wheels were so noisy on hard floors. Changing the wheel was easy after drilling out the old rivet. My suitcase glides silently over the hard surface again.

I ordered a set of 75mm wheels and they fit just like the originals, maybe better. This was for a Travelpro CrewSeries plus 22" bag purchased in 1998. Instead of reusing the Travelpro axle bolts, I mounted the wheels with the new axle bolts provided. I don't have split ring pliers to make the job easier.

The wheels come with two sets of axles of different lengths. The problem is that each axle has a head, as does the screw that goes in the opposite end. Thus, the assembled wheel and axle assembly does not fit into the plastic part of the skateboard case. I had to grind the axle head to fit the plastic part of the case. I didn't want to cut it off so as not to shorten the axis. The head and screw are not required as the axle is held in place by a plastic part. I suggest that the supplier also…
