Software has many problems and glitches. The product is good but first they have to solve all the problems with the software. It's almost impossible to sync the Valve to your account unless you use Help Support. Don't even try to change your wifi.

I bought this device, it worked perfectly. The app needed an update, it did. I tried reconnecting the valve controller, the valve needed new firmware. 10 minutes ha! 5 hours later it was just blinking. Then the light came on, tried to connect again, but nothing. Wrote support, tried different things, nothing. They said they would contact me for a replacement unit. 2 weeks later still nothing. Sent them an email, no reply.

But they have 1 new beta and 1 old app and the one I tried will never communicate with their device after a few hours.
