This container does the job. I use it for a 2 pound block of cheese. I use it upside down so the lid becomes the base and I can slice cheese on it. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so I don't know anything about cleaning and smells yet.

I was looking for something to keep spaghetti in my pantry. Most of them were very large and bulky. This box is exactly what I was hoping for. It holds a few pounds of spaghetti, fits very well in my pantry, and the lid closes well. Ideal!

We bought a portable waterproof (ONLY!) container. It is represented *as well as* parentheses as; Rubbermaid or Tupperware but failed! Weak, brittle, CHEAP materials! Not worth the price unless it's on sale for $2.99 or LESS!

These boxes are perfect for storing spaghetti, linguine, lasagne and other long pasta. They are made from high quality plastic and the tops fit well and offer dry storage. They lie flat and fold easily. I don't think I would try to store them upright. Most likely they will fall over.

This is a very simple storage box. Much like the old Tupperware every mom was selling in the 80's. I tested the water resistance. I kept it under water for a while. Mine didn't expire. I didn't name any names either, so I can't give it any stars for that. Holds about 2 pounds of dry spaghetti. I'm not sure how much cooked spaghetti it contains. I represent a lot less. I would recommend.
