I made cauliflower popcorn and it worked great! Some of the items were small and I didn't want them to fall through. I like that they are easy to clean and dry quickly. Definitely recommend keeping your shelves clean. I love her so far.

OK these sheets are strong, flexible, non-stick and easy to use BUT the mesh is too thin. This does not allow for good airflow. This has more than doubled the processing time for my fruit in the Cabela 50L dehydrator. Great idea but bad design. I really wanted them to work but this is a failure!

I bought these to use when cooking dehydrated food on a fan! We have dried and dehydrated a variety of fruits. These rugs work amazing! They are great quality, very easy to use and easy to clean (I hand wash them). I consider them a good value as I couldn't find any rugs like this locally that weren't $20 for one or two. After three to four months they don't wear out, but when they do turn up I'll happily buy more!

I ordered these with a dehydrator. I got a sheet on my 6 rack container. I ordered five and they are perfect. Easy to clean, very flexible and does not stick as advertised. Made a second batch of beef jerky and was able to pull them right off the sheets without sticking. They have lots of holes for heat transfer and work great. I wasn't sure how well they would work. They have much smaller openings than the screen that came with my dehydrator. I have dried strawberries, mangoes, peaches, kiwis and I have to say that they are better than plastic nets because they are much easier to detach from fruit slices after drying.
