Took much longer than expected. Made in America!

Bought this for my 6 year old expecting him to break it on the first ride. Although it crashes onto the pavement on most flights, it survives. I can't believe this balsa wood toy has lasted this long (so far). I had to buy extra tires. And no wonder what lasts longer than expected is made in America!

kids love them! on Flying Toys

Bought these planes for 2 girls under 5 for Christmas. I remember loving balsa wood planes as a kid. These planes were the most popular gift - they eclipsed everyone. I wasn't sure if they would like them because even they use iPads and phones. The only complaint I had was that I was the only adult able to play with the kids in the cold for a long time. I will buy them annually as Christmas gifts. Be sure to buy a few spares. attention span.

But that's all I remember - it's gotten a little thicker and stronger - drops won't bother it. And he has TWO rubber bands that he uses simultaneously for extra power - he can lift himself completely off the ground, or he can fly over a…
