product worth the money I will buy this when I have a second marine aquarium. So far I have had no problem with the product in my water it has not raised any of my water levels in poor condition easy to use let's clean does not scratch aquarium glass

I bought this so I didn't have to hand wash the biofilm. He scratched my acrylic tank and I'm angry. (Bought because advertised as specifically for acrylic) It comes with a "scratch edge" not visible in the photos or described in the product information.

This is a heavy duty scrubber with a strong magnet. It's also fun to drive around corners. I would no longer use an acrylic aquarium brush. BE CAREFUL near the substrate. If you put some substrate between the magnetized pad and the reservoir, you will clog it.

I only bought this to replace one bought many years ago. It looks like Magfloat has gotten too cheap to cover the entire bottom with felt, which is extremely important if you don't want to scratch your acrylic tank every time you use it. Not only is it unusable, but I'm now buffing any scratches this thing left right out of the box.
