Nothing like the picture. The whole reason I ordered these 3 packs was based on the picture. Well, there are a few unique features that I expected for what is advertised. The buyer is careful not to ask if the picture is correct.

The pictures differ a lot from what you get. I received 3 small parts and they did not have the characteristics shown in the photos. If you want a small, long, straight piercing then order this, but if you want it to sit in the center of your tank and be large for your fish to hide and swim then don't get this.

So I'm absolutely thrilled! Indeed much cuter in person! I boiled for 3 hours and changed the water several times! Anyone who complains about dark water doesn't understand driftwood! Sometimes they take longer to cook. If the water still turns dark, cook longer! I have 3 bettas in five gallons. I add slivered almonds because they like darker water. I plan to prop them up so the bettas can swim through and around them! I can not wait!

I've never bought driftwood online, but aquarium wood is so expensive in fish stores that I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. The pieces I received are excellent! This blade far exceeded my expectations! I soaked them in a bucket for a few days to remove the tannins (perfectly normal for any wood) and the water was generally clear after the first day. The tree looks great in my office aquarium and I will definitely be buying it again for another home aquarium!

I received a total of 4 pieces and am very happy with them. All four parts have movement in the tree. Love it! I bought two of these and they sent me very nice driftwood! Most places charge $8 for just ONE piece so it was a great price and I was able to create a pretty cool aquascape for my 10 gallon tank with this wood. I think it's Mopani but I'm not sure but the wood seems quite dense and hard so I'm sure it will hold up well in the water. If you use them in an aquarium, be sure to boil them. These guys deserve a higher rating on Revain for what they just delivered to me. I have come to rely on them after testing several different driftwood products on Revain for aquariums.
