I used to buy large spools of Gutermann polyester thread and liked them. Those smaller coils were a different story. The thread gets caught when threading the machine and breaks when sewing. I will never order spools this size again.

The thread packaging photo used in this listing is misleading. If you look you can see the 300M stamp on the packaging which made me think I was buying big spools of thread, not small ones. However, this listing is for small coils. I tried to return them but the company wouldn't let me. Just make sure it's what you want before you buy it. They're from England (Hi, we have a Guterman in the US) and it's just not worth the carbon footprint or the price.

After buying a new sewing machine, I was disappointed that my bobbin thread tension was messed up. I was able to adjust this tension on my 40 year old car but there was no place to adjust the tension on the new one.
