DO NOT buy.: Accessories and consumables

Junk ! .This is the second one I've bought. To get some control. You must hold one in each hand as only 1/2 buttons work at a time. None of them respond to voice commands.

Not Recommended Good for Accessories & Consumables

Doesn't work well with Samsung 6500 series. One to two second delay and/or most of the time the button doesn't register any actions. And the signal is so weak it takes me a foot away from the TV to make it work. I replaced the battery twice to see if it would fix the problem but didn't change anything about his problems. I don't recommend it

Just one remote controls Alicia's voice command on any Smart TV.

I thought I could use two remote controls on my Smart TV. For example, to talk to Alicia's team, go to 33. I've found that only one remote will work with Alicia's voice command on any Samsung Smart TV. If I'm wrong about that. let me know at zeldanes1990@yahoo.com

Error opening accessories and consumables item

Received the remote control yesterday. However, like my damaged remote, I couldn't open the back to insert batteries. I tried it for 2 days because I thought I was missing something. I've never had a problem with my dog eating a damaged other remote. After great disappointment I decided to send it back, order another one and see what happens.
