This remote control did not work properly. I had to press the same button multiple times before it did anything. I ended up downloading the Roku remote app and using that instead.

Have to correct my previous review. I have a remote to work with my Roku 3! So far, so good. I should add that the buttons on the controller are hard to feel and a bit cheesy. The response is also a bit slow, but we'll see.

I bought this remote control for my Roku TV because we lost it. This 1 didn't work. Little did I know that we need a remote control for our Haier Roku TV instead of the Roku box that is added to the regular TV. Hence it didn't work.

They say ROKU has many different systems. So true ! My Roku system says: Model RC-80. I couldn't find it in your entries. So I ordered a remote that looked the same. Well I have an IR device and my system uses RF to communicate. So the remote control is useless. Perhaps you could sort the remotes in your ads based on how they communicate. But maybe I didn't read carefully enough. This is my feedback.

I have three televisions that work with Roco. This remote does not work on any of them. I missed the return window for a day :/ I've tried other Roku remotes on the TV, I've tried connecting to this one and no problem. Changed battery on this remote, nothing. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of 1 is because I thought I might have missed some kind of disclaimer about what models it works with? My other two Roku remotes are different and still work on the TV I tried connecting them…

There's nothing I didn't like, I just wanted to have an extra Roku remote handy. One thing people need to do is try to get the exact same look and feel of the Roku remote as your original. With the same button mention description as in the original lineup. That's what I'm looking for. This Roku backup works PERFECTLY. Simply insert a new battery and point it directly at the Roku box. That thing is work. I am satisfied and will order more if necessary.

My original remote control was not working properly. Instead of fiddling with exchanging for a new one, I suffered in silence. I eventually decided to replace it and found the documentation for a number of Roku controls confusing. No wonder my new controller didn't work when I got it: it didn't fit my Roku. I still have the inefficient old one and will stick with it from now on. All of this leaves me with a bad taste for Roku products.
