Great resource. I love using my hamburger press and these pre-cut wax paper circles make my job easier and peel and portion the hamburger patties more efficiently. Are they necessary? I do not think so. But that's the Hamburg press. There are many ready-made meatballs. If you want to make your own burger patties I highly recommend it.

My hamburgers used to fraternize and fight all the time so I had to put them on time out. I tried wrapping them individually in plastic wrap but they still kind of stuck together after I froze them. These paper cartridges did it. They're great for cooking and save me a ton of money on plastic wrap. Chops are easy to separate right out of the freezer. Very satisfied.

I have a fryer. I bought a hamburger press and use it to separate the patties until they're done. They are the perfect size for burgers (1/4 pound each). I put one on the bottom of the press and then a hamburger. They're really easy to get. I made four cakes and popped them in the fridge in under five minutes. They are really easy to manage with these papers and they don't fall apart.
