Ideal for separating pressed hamburger patties.
I have a fryer. I bought a hamburger press and use it to separate the patties until they're done. They are the perfect size for burgers (1/4 pound each). I put one on the bottom of the press and then a hamburger. They're really easy to get. I made four cakes and popped them in the fridge in under five minutes. They are really easy to manage with these papers and they don't fall apart.
