Package in padded envelope arrived on time. what should have been. The wires on the resistors are very small but for the most part I think they are ok, there may be a problem on the breadboard. Also, the meanings are handwritten on the strips, and some of the writing is difficult to read (it would be nice to print). As others have said, some have bad and inconsistent handwriting. One can say 4D7 and the other 4.7M. Some reviewers note that the top values match the tolerance values, while the bottom values do not. They don't measure small resistances correctly, so they are expected to give erroneous readings. Delivery was fast. I deducted two stars for the following (minor) reasons: the resistors are unevenly cut from the tape and reel, and the values are written on the corner of the tape in sloppy handwriting. Some resistors fall off the edge of the strip. They are stacked in two piles in a box and are in a completely random order. As such, they need to be sorted before use, which isn't a big deal if you know the color coding system and have good lighting and a magnifying glass. The color codes are

I love this set. Note, however, that not all of the default values that you may need are included. For example, there are no 1.8k, 2.7k, 18k, or 27k values. And some other common ones are missing. Maybe that's to be expected at the price, but they're really low quality. I ordered several sets as the photos and product description sounded like good value for money. I received them, opened a set and immediately noticed really inconsistent resistance code bands on them, some were missing bands over half their circumference and the bands looked hand drawn!
