I like how it's simple to use and can be done online without having to download anything. It makes things so much easier when you have multiple products going through testing at once (i.e., different lots of each batch). I like how it works well as a whole to allow us to complete our compliance process without having to purchase multiple different softwares and keep track of them all ourselves. Also, It has allowed us to have so much more transparency in communicating changes to our clients.
