These straighteners don't go through your hair well! They pull and pull hair! I am disappointed in them and want to return the money

The product worked as advertised for 13 months but then would not turn on with no evidence of malfunction or physical damage. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's guarantee is only one year. Irons in this price range should definitely last longer than 13 months. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this item or any other H2PRO product.

Bought this straightener in September. I've always had H2PROs and love them. This one works well and I like the auto shut off. However, you have to hold down the button to turn it off, which I don't like. I wanted to use it one morning and it was already on. The auto shut off didn't work so I disabled it to turn it off. Now it won't turn on and I have a $150 straightener that's only 4 months old and has no valid warranty because it was bought from Revain. The only reason I gave it two stars…

I did not receive the same straightener as pictured above (ie a smaller one). My high rating is because it works just as well as my girlfriend (she has less). I only felt the price that they could include a picture of what you will actually get. All in all, this is the BEST hair straightener I've ever owned. Definitely worth the price

TERRIBLE. The flat iron has burned my clients hair at 450 and that has never happened at 450 on ANY tool I've ever owned. And the icing on the cake, the iron DOES NOT RE-RUN ONLY 27 days after ownership. When I went to return it I missed the return window by 3 days. It was working (on low heat) only a few days before. Absolutely NOT SATISFIED. And I really want my money back. It was a divorce.

The picture is NOT the model I received. Strongly disappointed. The product in the photo works perfectly, my friend has one. I sent her THIS photo to make sure I ordered the SAME style. Instead I get something NOT pictured after waiting for it to arrive. I'm afraid to use it to see if I like it because it might prevent it from being returned so I'll just stick with what I know and what I know is what is pictured. 5 stars for my comment to be seen

Too bad! I want to like it so bad, but each stroke through my hair grabs and pulls out several strands at once. Regardless of temperature (I contacted H2PRO and they said it was because the temperature was too low. False). The company absolutely did NOT help and said there is no guarantee if sold by any party other than directly by themselves. It seems fairly customizable for consumers. A. They tried to fix it for $35, although that's what happened on the first day of reading this product. I am
