My back is good for outdoor activities

I've only done a 25 mile ride but I love it. What's convenient is that you don't have to constantly turn your head to see when cars are approaching. I slipped over the gears and approached the steering wheel. I looked at several options that attach to both bike and helmet and I was happy with this option. Again only used for one trip but will return if my mind changes.

Now I see cars sneaking up on me!

I've been looking for a decent bike mirror for a long time. I took a chance because it looked like it would work. I'm happy to report that it fits my bike perfectly and mounts right next to the shifter on the left hand grip. It fits well and is real glass. The best thing is that I can now clearly see cars approaching me from behind. Looks well built and sturdy but time will tell. Today was my first ride with it.

  • An absolute legend

No complaints about bike mirrors

I don't know how people ride bikes without mirrors; Being able to easily look out for cars behind me while driving gives me so much peace of mind. This offers a good field of view without being too big or obtrusive. I drive to work on a bumpy gravel road and in the month I've had it I've only had to put on the mirror once. Several reviews have mentioned buying a rear view mirror if you plan to install one. under the steering wheel, but I've had no problems installing the correct side…

Superb mirror(s) Easy to install

Highly functional, lightweight, stylish, modern and unobtrusive. Excellent mirrors. Easy to install, only requires an American (non-metric) hex wrench. The manufacturer states that the mount only works with 22.2mm handlebars. This applies to the hardware used with it. However, I installed these mirrors on my large mountain bike's handlebars by going to Lowe's and buying a set (2/pack) of M6 - 1.00 x 30 bolts for $2.14. These screws are exactly the same circumference as those supplied with the…

It looked nice and smooth but my bike has small tires

It looked nice and smooth but my bike has small tires and there are a few bumps in the roads. The construction site has several potholes and bumps in the road. I didn't notice these irregularities myself, but this mirror on the steering wheel definitely caught my eye. I'm not saying it's just because of that, but in general these multi-joint types etc. share the same weakness; and any hard contact with the terrain is likely to move the mirror from its original setting. I had to pull every 1-2…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Excellent mirror. But I've actually been using left handed in the US and bought the right handed version to "hang on" now that I'm driving across the road again (in Australia). But the elbows are always in view. I actually found it made more sense to put the left one on the right side of the bike but mount it to fit under the handlebars. When riding the e-bike vertically, this ensures a clear view without being obstructed by your elbows. You still need to position the handlebars as far back as…

Update: The order of the pictures has changed when uploading photos, so look at #3 when I mention #1, you get the idea. I installed this mirror on a new 2021 Giant hybrid bike and thought it was very pretty! I chose to install it under the steering wheel and although I can try installing it higher it works very well (photo #1). There's another reason it works well when bottom mounted; more on that later. I drive on country roads, which mostly consist of very rough asphalt or oil-coated gravel…
