, they are easy to replace and they do the job! it comes with 5 packs of 3 which i find weird because the filter only uses 2 at a time but never mind! I will use them all at some point.

I ordered five packs of three and two of the packs of five only had two cartridges. I have fine marina filters installed in two of my tanks and they are very easy to use but I make a lot of these so they get quite expensive compared to bio bead or filter media.

Personally I liked the old filters. But a friend bought me an aquarium starter kit and the filter needed them. I don't like buying them that much as they have to be changed every month. But what are you going to do.

I love these. I can't find them in the pet store so I order them online in bulk. Works fine, clean water. I try to wash them regularly so they last longer and support the bacteria in the aquarium. So far, the fish in my tank have developed splendidly.

I ordered these with the Marina Hagen 360 degree 2.65 gallon desktop aquarium kit but they are only slightly larger than the cartridges that came with them. with tank. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong ones or if they are slightly different. They seem to work but I don't think they should come with my tank.
