Hagen Fluval Gallon Aquarium Stand Fish & Aquatic Pets Review

The aquarium stand looks nice, but that's pretty much it. Based on my experience, it's not sturdy enough to hold my tank properly. I've had a few scares where the stand wobbled, and I was afraid my tank would spill over. It's also quite pricey for the quality. As a loyal customer of Pet Supplies, I expected better from their products.

I never write reviews but felt the need to post one for this stand. When I saw the thin box it arrived in I was concerned and indeed the back panel was badly torn and smaller panels had broken off at the corners to reveal the cheap stuff underneath the black paint. Although it supports my Fluval tank, the cracks and chips are severe enough that I may have to paint them over. I chose this stand because it was specifically designed for use in a 15 gallon Fluval Flex aquarium (I have that type). Without the price I would have given 5 stars.
