Review on Hagen Fluval Gallon Aquarium Stand Fish & Aquatic Pets by Michael Zambrano

I never write reviews but felt the need to post one for this stand. When I saw the thin box it arrived in I was concerned and indeed the back panel was badly torn and smaller panels had broken off at the corners to reveal the cheap stuff underneath the black paint. Although it supports my Fluval tank, the cracks and chips are severe enough that I may have to paint them over. I am shocked that the packaging was so bad and disappointed in Fluval, a company I trust. While the silhouette is nice, I wish I'd bought a sturdy bookshelf instead.
