My children love this toothbrush. I gave a lower rating because the music stopped working but it just needed to be reset. The seller contacted me after the inspection to solve the problem.

The toothbrush head was missing, the box was torn and taped, the cable package was open and the bottom of the toothbrush with charging port was loose. Returned immediately.

The sound quality is very poor. The volume is loud without adjustment (either on or off). The instructions are so minimal that you have to figure everything out yourself.

Seems to work well but the music is loud and annoying. We can't figure out how to turn it off and switch to different modes. I like the brush, but if you can't turn off the music, it's a failure.

My baby has had trouble brushing his teeth since he was 6 months old. But he loves Mom and Dad's "adult" electric toothbrushes and he loves music so I bought these and it worked!
