Good purchase: my feedback

This was perfect for practicing hair on! I'm no professional or even apprentice of any sort, I just wanted to learn how to do different styles and practice my braiding. The hair is kind of thinner, but so is mine, so that doesn't bother me. I bought a stand for it and that was the best decision to go along with this. I can't imagine practicing without the stand. I would buy again.

Not 100% Human Hair

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and wanted something to practice on, since I've been out of the field for a while. This mannequin isn't bad for the money, considering the cheapest I could find at a beauty supply store was $60+. The hair curls fairly well, but upon trying out my flat iron, I noticed a couple of the strands melted. Considering human hair doesn't melt like that.this can't be 100% human hair as advertised. Still not terrible depending on what you need it for. I wanted to try bleaching

Is not expensive so you can't expect high quality. Has thin hair and sheds like crazy. The length is accurate but it doesn't resemble natural hair fall. As I stylist and salon owner, Will I buy again? Maybe not unless to play with extension application or braiding. It also has a lot of short hairs but for the price it does the job. Did came with a stand as well.

Great mannequin! best in my review

I’ve got to say this mannequin definitely worked for me! I use the Professional line Manic Panic, and wanted to do a color melt with a dark root, into a lighter purple, into the blue. The hair lightened great, but did shed some. I used a very low, Vol 6 developer with the lightener, with NO heat, because I didn’t want to damage it too badly, and it came out great, but had a little more shedding than expected, but, as you can see in the pictures, it turned out great! Just what I was looking for

This mannequin is exactly what I was looking for. I’m currently a cosmetology student with a project to get done. The length of the mannequin is perfect and the density is AMAZING. I will be ordering more from this company as I still have a few months before I graduate. I did open it outside because of the head lice/nits review and was pleased when I didn’t find anything. She will last me beyond my project. She did shed quite a bit, but I expected that to happen.

Not worth it. best in my review

This is not human hair. It holds curl well. However, I purchased it to practice updos on and strangely I can’t get a bobby-pin to stay in the hair. It just pushes right out and nothing holds. I keep playing with it and feel like I can’t get anything to work or look nice. I will now be using it for practicing hair cutting. It also sheds like crazy!

I took a 50/50 chance

Based on the reviews it’s a 50/50 chance of getting a decent head off here.Not 100% real human hair.Not returnable.BUT this doll did allow me to lift from level 6 to 8/9 very easily. Today I’m going to apply color and see if it properly takes.Hot tool is ok on low heat but use with caution, even with product to protect.
