These tools are heads and shoulders above the cheap kits you can buy at your local big box store. The knives are well built and are sharp enough to make short work of a pumpkin. The scoop works well to clean the guts out of the pumpkin, if I had a single bad thing to say, it's that the scoop could be a big larger. The other tools worked well for the three pumpkins I carved, looking forward to next year and doing a few more pumpkins with this kit.

Great set for the price. All tools worked as expected. Can accommodate a wide range of skill levels. If you only plan to carve ( punch out holes jack-o'-lantern style) then you will be paying for tools you will not need, but a great value for those looking to sculpt.

This is a pretty nifty little kit to have when Halloween rolls around every year. I would definitely consider myself a novice pumpkin carver though so I did not get a whole lot of use out of some of the smaller more specialized carving tools that are included in this kit. The more basic tools I did get more use out of were very well made though, and it is very helpful having 2 sizes of saws, easily make quick work of carving out the top but get a little better detail with ease with the smaller…

Excellent product that seems quite durable. Made doing an advanced carving quite easier. If Halloween is your thing then this is a must for carving.

This set helped me carve the cutest pumpkin I’ve ever carved - in all 30 years of carving pumpkins. If it is important to have nice looking pumpkins outside of your home, or if you want to win some pumpkin carving competitions at the office, get this set. You will use it forever. PLUS the tools can be used for other things around the house that require a fine tip (like getting out wood nails from a door when you realized too late that it was a bad idea to hammer them in).

Disclaimer: I've never carved a pumpkin before.That being said, I was able to carve a pumpkin easily. Easy to wash and store as well. Look forward to using them again. We were really looking for something to last instead of something cheap that's going to go in the trash. Money well spent.

Love love love this product! I’ve carved pumpkins in the past with cheap plastic carving tools and I swore off pumpkin carving after that. But when I ordered these tools to use for work, I got hooked! Can’t wait until Halloween season next year so I can get an early start!

Loved the different choices of tools in this kit. My kids weren’t fighting over the tools because there were so many to choose from.

The case is good quality and the tools are much better than your standard hobby store tools.However, just go slow with the blades or you could bend them. Think painter with a paintbrush, not a paint roller. Use bigger knives for cutting the initial hole to gut it.

Won a contest this year after using these. They aren’t as strong as you would like, but if you’re careful they work great.

this is sooooooo nice. i used to buy and break basic pumpkin carving kits from the grocery store. They never lasted more than an hour. This set is super durable easy to use if you have ever carved a pumpkin before. This made it through its first Halloween with flying colors. The price was only slightly more than the basic supermarket kits and this one will hold up!

This set is awesome. I have used other tools in prior years, but this set is so much better. All the tools are well made and are very durable. The holder is great. Easy to clean and put away for next Year.I purchased two sets for other friends and family.

Truly the coolest set of pumpkin tools I’ve ever owned. Actually I didn’t even know they sold them like this, I’m just used to the little 3 pack you buy at WalMart. These made it so much easier to carve, I kind of felt like a pro. Easy to clean too.

This goes far above and beyond any kit you can buy at the store. And a fraction of the price. My family gets really into carving pumpkins and this tool kit is the perfect thing to make our creations come to life. If you want your pumpkins to look good I would suggest buying this.

This was the first time using anything like this. I actually was very impressed. Very easy to use and great quality. I wasn’t sure how to use them but it kind of just worked out.

I've been waiting for a kit like this where the pumpkin cutters don't break after one or two pumpkins; normally I end up throwing out the cheap carving kit each year. These tools are a lot more heavy-duty than any kit I've seen, and will last more than just one year.

I like that all the tools I needed for my simple task were there but I disliked that the Metal handle tools tips came loose after the first use

This held up pretty well. I like the quality. This is not a Pro set but a great beginners set.I would buy this again. Some tools may be too sharp and dangerous to use without supervision!

These tools were great! They made carving and detail work so much easier. They cleaned up easily. I look forward to using them this summer for watermelon carving.
