Halo Grain-Free Dry Dog Food: High Protein Small Breed Formula with Game Bird Medley Review

Different packaging, different taste, different composition, my dog won't touch it. He's been eating the old formula for years. with this one he would rather starve for days and not touch it. Something must be wrong with this meal. My dog is like a vacuum cleaner and eats everything. he just hates the new formula. I mixed this new formula into his favorite wet food and he was able to just spit out all the dry food. and see kibble all over the floor

Excellent product. My dog likes these pieces very much and is very picky about his food. She had never liked kibble, at least not enough to eat alone. It's really good and I love all the ingredients. I've studied literally every brand on the market. My dog has a lot of allergies and we had to eliminate many things from her diet while working with a dermatologist. This food was safe for her. I am very happy with this brand.

Our 20 lb terrier often had bloat, stomach and skin problems when we fed him the more popular brands of dog food. Halo has much better simple ingredients and our dog does very well with it. We have been feeding him Halo food and meat for a year now and he is never on the gas, his energy is high and his coat is shiny. The only thing is the Game Bird version stinks so bad it makes her sick. Be sure to take the salmon as the smell is much better and more delicate.

My little Havanese loves these parts! I highly recommend them based on the quality of the ingredients. We started paying a ridiculous price for the latest big name in dog food, but this company has received at least two valid claims that it doesn't list chicken by-products (very nasty) and other unlisted ingredients. Miss Cocoburrow (Chivini) didn't even wait for me to open the package. She danced on her hind legs and stuck her nose in the bag before I could get anything out. She really loves it! This is the second strain she's tried in Halo and she likes the small pieces as her teeth are smaller, consistent with the smaller breed.
