Large Arm & Hammer Litter Pan by Petmate Review

Wish it was more resistant to clumps getting stuck on the bottom. I no longer have to wash it once a week instead of just throwing away and replacing the padding. I would prefer a non-stick model. However, my cats often scratch the edges when they are BM and this pan is holding up well compared to the old ones that cracked and cracked under pressure.

I have a cat with arthritis who sometimes goes missing because she won't crouch down enough to urinate, so I was looking for a replacement for my old 8" cat litter box. all sites. The photo of this box is deceptive as it is only 5.5 inches at its tallest point. Unusable for me and I am sending it back. Sizes must be prominently displayed in advertising so as not to deceive customers in the future.

I bought this as an extra litter box for our cats if I ever need it. The good thing about the box is that it is made of a very low-maintenance material. However, this litter box is more messy than a box with a lid, as cats get litter outside the box when digging. There's a mark on the box that shows how much trash you should throw in, but that line is very close to the edge. I like the box size. Because it's so low, it's also easier to store than a large tray.
