💨 Enhance Comfort and Convenience: Hampton Bay Portable Ceiling Fan Remote Control Review

The picture was NOT what I ordered so I ordered the wrong remote control because it was incorrectly showing the one I wanted.

1. The packaging has been opened and resealed. 2. The controller was not supposed to come with a battery, but it had a dead battery. 3. The controller rattles. Surprised it works!

Works perfectly with our Hampton Bay outdoor ceiling fan (bought elsewhere). The dimmer button works by holding it down - the light gradually increases or decreases. We store the portable unit indoors when not in use as it is not weatherproof.

It is nice to lie on the bed on a warm summer day or evening and be able to control the fan and light without leaving the bed. It dims and turns off the overhead light and adjusts the fan speed. However, you need to install it, so there are instructions for that.
