Badly done on small animals

I ordered pink and orange. I have a blue one and a pink one and within minutes of being inside the hamsters feel separated.

I have a dwarf hamster 🐹 easy for her she loves it the only thing difficult to assemble as it opens and doesn't close well but it's hard to do i closed it

My hamster hurt his leg!

Terrible product. Firstly, I have 3 dwarf hamsters who happily follow me into their eggs. I couldn't get any of the balls to stay together no matter how hard I tried. The other ball went away with some work and a little effort. I put my mini in and she started rolling as she rolled into my leg, the ball fell apart and wedged her entire leg between the two sections.
