once you wash this the bottom part that goes in crunches into a ball and I can't smooth out the inner lining/foam. I have to disassemble and redo it. All of the lining ends on one side and is glued together so it cannot be smoothed out without stripping and resealing the seams.

My guinea pigs hated when I walked over to their cage because they knew they would be picked up and placed in the playpen. I wanted to find the best way to get them so they wouldn't hate it so much. Now I just put this fluffy skin in their cage, they come in and I put them in play. They also like to snuggle up in it. I'm buying another one because they love it so much! Definitely recommend!

Second, the inner pillow mat is very thin and tears easily along the seam. so our guinea pig can come in and chew on the stuffing. It also got stuck inside a couple of times so I had to sew it up. Finally, the floor of this house (under the pillow) is made of a thin transparent material with holes. Our guinea pig had claws stuck in holes and couldn't get out and was scared until we noticed and pulled out.
