Great product for railings

Great product. Looks fantastic after installation. And the customer service is great. I had a problem with my order and the company fixed it quickly. Good product.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Some little things

Works fairly well for railings

Works fairly well once I figure out the right length to cut the wire. The tool they give you didn't even hold half of them because it's wearing out and they won't spin anymore.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Has flaws

Quick and easy in building materials

Used product for both level railings and lower stairs. You should also buy a crimping tool and, when you go downstairs, a portable drill. Easy to make and looks great. I can provide photos to anyone who is interested.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Good but not great

Works well, looks clean

Clean design, much better than turnbuckles and eyebolts. A little math, trial and error will help you find the right length of cable. And these kids are strong enough. I connected them with a 19 strand stainless steel cable to get a very nice look. I've looked at all the other options and this do-it-yourself combo is the best I could find.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Perfect for cable railings

Ideal for installing cable railings on your patio. A few tips (after watching tons of process videos): 1. Place them in the drill bit for quick installation into the holes2. Make a good hole template and double check3. One crimp is enough (Did you use a Harbor Freight hydraulic crimping tool. You really need something stronger than your hands) 4. You need strong wire cutters. Mine didn't work so I had to use a cutting tool with a diamond blade5. Leave about 3 strands on each side; Screws…

  • Great product

Great Swag Bolts: Railing

I was able to use all of my bolts without a single failure. I didn't pull mine too hard to test, but they're good enough to work with the cable railing. You have a nice clean finish. I could probably pull them a bit tighter so there isn't as much thread showing, but this allows for a tighter tightening with some stretch. I used a 10 ton hydraulic swaging tool (from Revain, easy for about $40) which worked fine. I made two dies per screw for extra grip. I've noticed that if I crimp it at a…

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Almost OK
